AI can generate information, summarize ideas, and accelerate routine work. As access to knowledge becomes easier, the ability to apply it well becomes more important.

Skills like communication, judgment, initiative, adaptability, collaboration, and follow-through are built through practice and real-world experience, not content alone. Yet most systems still measure what people complete rather than how they grow.

How Caper works.

Caper turns everyday experience into a simple learning loop:

Act. Pick a short, real-world Caper and practice a capability, like starting a conversation, asking for feedback, or taking ownership.
Reflect. Answer a few guided prompts by voice or text to unpack what happened and what you’d do differently.
Direct. Use those insights to choose what’s next. Each experience builds on the last, growing confidence, judgment, and follow-through.
